Really good Service and Convenient Location

The two front desk attendants, Benz and Ice, were really good and attentive. Their English comprehension was good. They always were really good too assist me, very important. The chef and his assistant taught me how to cook Pad Thai and Thai salad. The restaurant manager was friendly and always greeted me.
The absence of cutlery and crockery in the studio apartment was a slight inconvenience.

The restaurant food was good, especially once I utilized the normal Thai toppings. Breakfast included healthy options and smoothies. Cut fruit tasted fresh. I tried several Thai salads.

dirty floor bathroom vacuum
the pool area is nice and the staff is amazing. the staff was really kind.
the room i got, felt very dirty because the floor and the bathroom wasn't even vacuumed. the sleepers in the room weren't disposable either. it felt unhygienic with someone else using them before.

Excellent Airport Hotel
early arrival airport access close metro kind staff
I arrived early, and I was grateful the hotel offered showers before my room was ready. The hotel is convenient for airport access and relaxation. A short Grab car ride gets you around but the metro is also very close. The staff was kind and offered a ride close to shops (a nice touch!).
I found the shower pressure to be somewhat low. (Not a big deal, though!)

The room was spacious and very clean, nice for a relaxing stay after long travel days. I was impressed with the attention to cleanliness, especially the fresh linens, and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. The provided amenities greatly contributed to a restful environment.
